Returns and Refunds Policy

At Suzi Leather, we are committed to providing our customers with luxury products of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience remains exceptional.

1. Returns Eligibility

1.1.Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund or exchange.
1.2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
1.3. Non-Returnable Items:* Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2.1. Requesting a Return/Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@suzileather.com or Whatsapp with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
2.2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

3.1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
3.2. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned after the 7-days return window or show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging.
3.3. Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

4.1. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact our customer service team. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4.2. Shipping Costs for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item, but we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
5.2. Resolution: In the case of defective or damaged items, we may request photos of the issue to expedite the resolution process.

6. International Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges. These fees are non-refundable.
6.2. Shipping Costs: As with domestic orders, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Gifts

7.1. Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
7.2. Gift Exchanges: Exchanges for gift items follow the same procedures as regular exchanges. If the item is not available, we will issue a gift credit.
